IT Help Portal
For help with installing or connecting to the VPN, please visit the IT Help Portal.
After connecting to the VPN, please use the link below to initiate a petition. Students will log in with their Penn State Access account, and proceed with completing the petition form (2 Pages), and uploading documents.
Students who have the status of Suspended, Dismissed, On Leave of Absence, or have not taken any Penn State courses for more than six months, should contact their adviser or college/campus petition contact for assistance with petition submission. Students with these statuses will not have access to the GlobalProtect VPN, and will not be able to access the Student eForm to initiate a petition.
