  3. Supporting Documentation – Examples:
    For Early Renewal: transcript from community college showing academic success or letter from employer showing student accountability and growth. Documentation of extenuating circumstances that affected academic performance in the past (medical, mental health, etc.) (Upload into Supporting Documents Area)
    For Retroactive Renewal: Letter from Adviser/Academic Unit stating support for the petition and acknowledgement of why student did not apply for Academic Renewal originally (Upload into Supporting Documents Area)

 If a unique petition request is encountered, you may contact your adviser or the authorized petition submitter for your unit to assist you in determining documentation required based on your situation, but the following is required for all petitions in the “Other” category.
